Pride Business Forum, the only platform in Czechia that focuses on LGBT+ workplace equality, has been awarding companies and organizations with the LGBT+ Friendly Employer Award since 2018. The awards motivate employers to excel in the implementation of measures that open their workplaces for every employee regardless of sexual or gender identity. The nomination process is built so that companies that apply for this award can also self-evaluate their progress in LGBT+ workplace equality by answering our simple questionnaire. Thus the questionnaire serves additionally as a tool for monitoring the impact of LGBT+ workplace equality measures companies are adopting.
On the eve of opening the nomination process for the 2023 LGBT+ Friendly Employer Award, we are inviting everyone who is considering nominating their company or organization for the Award this year to participate in the webinar that will guide you through the evaluation process of the Award. After the webinar, you will have a clear view of how to become a 2023 LGBT+ Friendly Employer in particular. You will have a clear view of the following:
- how the evaluation process looks like,
- what does the nomination questionnaire look like,
- how are individual sections evaluated,
- what materials and documents do you need to provide,
- how much time you should secure for the nomination process.
