Petra Jankovičová 

CEO & Co-founder, TRIAD Prague

Petra embarked on her marketing and communication journey over 18 years ago. As a co-founder of Triad Prague, Petra was pivotal in transforming the agency from a nascent startup to one of the top independent contemporary agencies in the Czech market and Europe. Under her leadership, Triad ranked among the top 9 top independent agencies based on the Effie Index in Europe in 2022. She is a co-founding member of TEDx Bratislava, has served as the first female President of the Association of Communication Agencies in the Czech Republic, and leads initiatives for Ethics in advertising and communications. Her commitment to mentoring and education is evident through her roles in #HolkyzMarketingu, Femme Palette, and as a lecturer of Brand Strategy at SKVOT Czech. Petra is also a recognized speaker and columnist.

Tereza Košťálková

Strategic Planner, VML

Tereza is a strategist at VML, a global advertising agency that is part of the WPP holding. Based in the Prague office, Tereza services major brands on both the Czech and global markets, including Česká spořitelna, Kaufland or Ford. Furthermore, she contributes to the brand and communications efforts of Prague Pride, reflecting a hands-on approach to supporting and promoting inclusivity.

With over 5 years of experience in marketing, Tereza has consistently pursued purposeful advertising aimed at driving meaningful change. As a strategist, she has been at the forefront of advocating for inclusive advertising within the industry. Tereza has not only incorporated these principles into her day-to-day practice but has also actively shared insights and experience through workshops and panel discussions.

Martina Mrňáková

Senior Client Executive, Kantar

Martina works as a Senior Client Executive at Kantar CZ, where she is responsible for local and international brand-building projects for clients in the FMCG and services sectors. She also serves as the Sustainability Lead for the Czech Republic at Kantar. In addition to sustainability issues, she focuses on diversity and inclusion, and this year, she is leading the first edition of the Brand Inclusion Index study for the Czech market.

Petra Průšová

General Manager, CEE (Central and Eastern Europe), Kantar

Petra Průšová graduated in statistics from the University of Economics in Prague. She has been working in marketing research since 1995, initially at her own agency AMD, and then for 16 years as the Managing Director of Millward Brown CZ s.r.o. In 2017, Millward Brown and TNS AISA merged to form the new agency KANTAR CZ, where she currently serves as Managing Director for the CEE region. Petra is a jury member for various events related to advertising effectiveness in the media. She has been nominated for the ranking of the top 25 women in Czech business. She is a mentor in the Odyssey Mentoring Program. She has completed courses in AI Empowerment and is a certified coach of the NeuroLeadership program.

Aleš Rumpel

Training Manager, Pride Business Forum & Prague Pride

Aleš Rumpel (he/him) is a training manager for Pride Business Forum and Prague Pride. He draws on his extensive experience in cultural management and education to advance LGBTQ+ rights. With over two decades of involvement in Czech queer activism, including directing the Mezipatra queer film festival and co-founding the advocacy Platform for Equality, Recognition, and Diversity, z.s. (PROUD), his work encompasses training educators and leading empowerment programs for young LGBTQ+ adults and professionals. He designs and implements training initiatives to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion in the corporate sector.

Věra Šídlová

Global Creative Thought Leadership Director, Kantar

Věra works in Kantar's global team, focusing on how creativity can drive brands forward. She enjoys exploring what can be learned from the most effective creative works and how to bring those insights into everyday marketing practices.

Marek Vomočil

PR Leader for the Czech Republic & Hungary & Slovakia, IKEA

Marek has over 15 years of experience in communications. Since 2019, he has been leading the PR team for IKEA in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. He is responsible for corporate and product communication and for strategies aimed at building trust in the IKEA brand in relationships with media and influencers. Additionally, he oversees crisis communication and is actively involved in internal communication. Marek stands behind several long-term awareness projects at IKEA, focusing on supporting refugees, the LGBTI community, and helping victims of domestic violence through the “For a Safe Home” project.
