31/10/2024 | 16:00

Online

Are LGBTQ+ people happy in Czech companies? Find out with Markéta Matějová, who recently interviewed them, and see the results of her research in a webinar full of important information for the employees and the management itself.

Description

Do LGBTQ+ people see their work as a safe space? What are their experiences with their work teams and how much do they want to connect their personal lives with their work lives?

Markéta Matějová from Queer Geography, an association focused on interdisciplinary understanding and study of human sexuality and gender identity, addressed these and other questions in her project DEIWELL.

In the webinar, you will learn other interesting facts. We’ll look at the main pitfalls of the work experience for LGBTQ+ people, as well as how they perceive DE&I initiatives and what they value most from them. The Pride Business Forum financially supported the research.
