Pride Business Forum, the only platform in Czechia focusing on LGBT+ workplace equality, has awarded companies and organizations the LGBT+ Friendly Employer Award since 2018. The awards motivate employers to excel in implementing measures that open their workplaces for every employee regardless of sexual or gender identity. The nomination process is built so that companies that apply for this award can also self-evaluate their progress in LGBT+ workplace equality by answering our simple questionnaire. Thus, the questionnaire also serves as a tool for monitoring the impact of LGBT+ workplace equality measures companies are adopting.
We are inviting everyone considering nominating their company or organization for the Award in 2024 to participate in the webinar that will guide you through the Award evaluation process. During the webinar, you will learn how to become a 2024 LGBT+ Friendly Employer and you will have a clear view of the following:
