Martin Bytčánek
Senior Associate, Allen & Overy

Martin is a member of corporate team focusing on real estate law and mergers and acquisitions. He was involved in number of due diligence exercises related to the transfer or financing of real estate and acquisitions of Czech companies by foreign investors. Martin also regularly advises on leases and other real estate matters. In addition, he provides advice on public procurement law, data privacy and aviation law.

 

Viktor Vrablik
Junior Lawyer, Allen & Overy

Viktor advises on wide range of matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings as well as real estate financings, asset leases and due diligence exercises in capital markets, banking and corporate transactions. In addition, he has experience in labour law, including employment litigation and transfers of employees. He has also assisted clients on personal data protection and intellectual property matters.
