Three companies, three stories. At our first event in Brno, you’ll learn what has worked for companies that care about creating fair workplaces for everyone. You’ll have the chance to meet new people, share your ideas, or just get inspired.

The event is organized with our member company Kyndryl and is open to all.

Tereza Kadlecová 

Learning Specialist, Pride Business Forum

Tereza is the Executive Director of Pride Business Forum and plays a key role in leading educational projects for Prague Pride. She also leads Parent Prep courses, and her experience includes working with the organization People in Need, where she contributed to the renowned educational program One World in Schools.

Andrea Stašek

Researcher, Psychology Research Institute (INPSY)

Andrea Stašek is a researcher at the Psychology Research Institute (INPSY) and a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, MU. Beyond their focus on LGBTQIA+ psychology and health, their research interests include video gaming, methodology, ethics, and data analysis. They are the chair of the Q-Hub, an NGO that publishes evidence-based information about queer health on www.q-psy.cz and is dedicated to the education of the public and professionals.
