The new legislation about partnership — what does it mean for companies? (in CZ)

01/10/2024 | 16:00

Online

This spring, an important law on LGBTQ+ rights was passed. As of 1 January 2025, same-sex couples will be able to enter into “partnerships” with similar rights to marriage — except that they will not be able to adopt children together. What does this mean for companies?

Description

Does your company need to revise internal policies to align with the new legislation? Join us for a webinar led by Martin Bytčanek, our long-time partner from A&O Shearman. You will learn how the new law will affect company guidelines and benefits and how to maintain an inclusive and supportive approach in your company.

Martin Bytčanek will also answer your questions during the webinar. If you have any, please send them in advance to make the discussion as informative as possible, up to 2 weeks before the webinar to [email protected].
