Webinar: Reverse mentoring and how to do it right

20/03/2025 | 16:00

Online

Come join us for a friendly discussion, useful advice, and ideas on how to make reverse mentoring work for you. Everyone’s welcome!

Description

Reverse mentoring is the opposite of traditional mentoring — here, a younger or less experienced person teaches someone more senior.

It’s a useful way to connect different generations, bring in fresh ideas, and help leaders stay up to date with new trends in technology, society, and the workplace.

In this webinar, we’ll talk about:

  • How reverse mentoring works
  • Tips to make it successful and avoid common mistakes
  • Why it creates a more diverse, inclusive, and creative workplace

Whether you’re a mentor, a mentee, or just curious about the concept, you’ll leave with practical insights and ideas to bring back to your workplace.
